我公司甲烷转化催化剂/HZ204/HZ205在内蒙古伊泰化工的制氢装置一次开车成功

祝贺金秋九月！
       3H CataIyst的水蒸汽-甲烷转化催化剂/HZ204/HZ205在内蒙古伊泰化工有限责任公司的制氢装置上一次开车成功，点火两小时后达到满负荷运行，分析数据显示，产品指标优于预期效果。
       这是我们的转化催化剂在120万吨/年煤制油装置上的首次成功应用，也是我们的催化剂在煤制气领域取得巨大成功之后的又一重大喜讯，是我们煤化工儿女秉承“能源报国、产业报国”的初心，矢志不渝追求能源结构优化调整和节能减排方面取得的又一成果。
       我们期待着3H-Cat为中国的能源事业做出更多贡献！

       We are pleased to announce the successful commissioning of 3H Catalyst’s steam-methane reforming catalysts, HZ204/HZ205, at the hydrogen production unit of Inner Mongolia Yitai Chemical Co., Ltd. The unit reached full capacity within just two hours after ignition, with analytical results confirming that product quality exceeded expectations.
       This milestone represents the first successful application of 3H Catalyst’s reforming catalysts in a 1.2 million-ton-per-year coal-to-liquids plant. Building on our prior achievements in the coal-to-gas sector, this accomplishment underscores our ongoing commitment to advancing China’s energy structure optimization, energy conservation, and emission reduction—guided by our mission of serving the nation through energy and industrial innovation.
      We look forward to further contributing to China’s energy development through 3H Catalyst’s advanced solutions.
